Pros:
Volume control buttons make it easy to use in noisy environment like my car. Very easy to pair and use. I highly recommend. People say it sounds nice and clear from their end.
Cons:
I have used only one other headset that I could not hear on, so I do not have a big field of reference. The fit takes a bit of trial and error to get it secure and comfortable (selecting the best ear gel, and position of the wire over-ear loop).
