exchangeable within a period of seven days form customer receive
date. The item must be in original factory condition including all
packaging materials inserts and manuals.
You are
responsible for return shipping charges to N1 WIRELESS.COM N1
WIRELESS.COM will bear the cost of shipment of the replacement item
to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our everyday low
prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments. If you
choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and
handling charges are non refundable.
Cell phones : If you choose to return
an unwanted unit (cell phones only) for a refund, we will offer
refund for the price of the product - 20% restocking fee, the
shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

thirty minutes and is within a period of seven days from the date of
the original invoice. The item must be in original factory condition

cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.

guarantees the voice feature of the phone to work 100% with support.
N1 Wireless is not responsible for the settings of the phones
browser, Email, MMS, SMS, GPRS, WAP, Picture sending or any other
network related setup other than the voice feature. If you setup the
phone properly, you will have all the feature working on the phone.

There will be no refund or exchange if you are unable to setup the
browser, mms, sms, gprs, wap or any other internet related setup
except the voice feature.
