Pros:Website Navigation very easy. Very low price. Device works fine after consult with Jawbone. Came with all expected accessories, ear gels, over the ear loop, universal USB plug-in wall charger & USB cable. Arrived timely in new looking condition, even nicely packaged. Noted as an open box item, but no mention of new or used. Free car charger which I've yet to use. Overall a good experience. Device works, now, as expected.
Cons:No instructions. Upon consult with Jawbone the MyTalk Website revealed a PRIOR phone hookup, an SPH-M540. I have an iPhone. Jawbone wanted the serial number located beneath the ear gel. When the ear gel was removed, it required cleaning of a PRIOR user's 'ear crud' to acquire the serial number. This item was used & used for many months. Took me an hour to carefully clean off the crud. Creepy actually, given where people often use such devices, like restrooms.
Other thoughts:I believe I was fortunate, provided some time passes & I can judge that it continues to operate as one would expect. I'm sure that many items purchased from N1 are likely to be ok, but beware, the majority of their equipment should be regarded as used, unless the ad says otherwise. I would very likely purchase again given price considerations, but a mere turnaround without any refurb or cleaning is disturbing. Incidentally, Jawbone rep confirmed prior registration.

Cons:Wish it had a screen lock so I don't initiate Internet so often by mistake. Can't multi select to delete messages.

Cons:Not Very pleased with What I received and how it was shipped. I expected a brand new product with all accessories that are included. I'm Not sure if I received a refurbished product or an OEM bulk item. It was shipped in an padded envelope with the items in plastic bags, and contained what appeared to be a photocopied manual. The only accessory that was included was a charger.
Other thoughts:I can understand trying to save money on shipping, however you need to include all Items that were supposed to be with the original Item or stipulate that you are getting a Factory Refurbished model I Don't think I will be purchasing anything else from this Retailer...

Pros:I have purchased from N1 4 times and found them to be fast and accurate at an excellent price. That is why I keep using them.
Cons:Sometimes they are great, my last experience I tried to use their online request for RMA, didn't work. I called on Friday twice and spent a total of 44 minutes on hold. I called again on Tuesday, Monday was a holiday, and spent another 30+ minutes on hold. I called on Wednesday and was taken care of in 2 minutes. This is the second time I have had to return an item because it did not work. They have always honored my request when I finally get someone to help me.
Other thoughts:Probably no better or worse than anyone else. If their price is better, I will use them again.

Cons:was not told my order was on backorder. I paid for next day and its been a week since I have ordered my phone and still hasn't arrived. Called and finally got ahold of someone yesterday, was told it'd be here today, and no it wasn't.

Pros:Very light weight & comfortable to wear. Excellent earpiece reception. simple to use yet has many features.
Cons:Not really a con, just a heads up. You will need to download the latest firmware version as the newest V. has yet to be shipped. Cust. service walked me through & no problem. Some people I used the Z9i to speak to said the voice quality was not great others said it was. You will need to adjust volume settings on your phone and Blue Tooth volume settings for optimum clarity.
Other thoughts:Bluetooth as a relatively new technology still has a way to go but this Z9i should see you through with all but the pickiest people. After all, nothings perfect.

Pros:I spent weeks looking for a perfect headset and came across the jawbone (open box). I'm a very picky person about everthing and this headset was perfect. Just like new and lightweight, could fit better around the ears but i've got big ears. Noise shield is amazing and it really cancels out the noise, unless in the wind, which most don't proform well in the wind anyway. I Highly recommened this headset.
Cons:The open box didn't come with extra earpiece cushions but the fit is fine without them.

Sure you can read reviews and look at pictures, but unless you have held the product in your hand you don't really know whether it will live up to your expectations.
